Growing up I was fascinated by birds. I saw their numbers reduce as rapid urbanization took centre stage in our ever-growing, modern cities. Through my artwork, I explore the consequences of unfettered urbanization and its effects on the environment; challenging the viewer to question his/her understanding of what it means to exist along with other living beings.
